Evaluation of the Programme Learning Outcomes (PLO)

The Graduates’ Competencies of Bachelor of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation are following per under perspective of Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) Level 6.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program are expected to have superior competencies as an education graduate and or professional educator/teacher in the field of Physical Education and Health (PJOK) at the secondary education level accompanied by the attributes of Sympathetic, Professional, Optimistic, Rational, Piety, Innovative, and Futuristic (SPORTIF) which is superior and competitive at the national and Asian levels with the following description:

  1. Sympathetic, which shows an attitude of being interested in a problem and trying to solve the problem.
  2. Professional, namely being able to demonstrate expertise in the field they are engaged in, being responsible, and adhering to moral values ​​at work.
  3. Optimistic, which can show a positive thinking attitude in dealing with all the problems that exist in the field.
  4. Rationale is a person's ability to draw conclusions that are based on and can be justified or supported by data, rules, and logic to support the development of his profession.
  5. Taqwa, which is showing an attitude of always practicing the truth and trying to stay away from all mistakes based on the foundation of belief in obeying the commands of God Almighty.
  6. Innovative, which is always utilizing thinking, and applying creative solutions to problem-solving.
  7. Futuristic, which shows a directed attitude, and is focused on better future orientation.

The Program Objectives (PO) are:

  1. Have a religious attitude based on piety to God Almighty and uphold human values ​​in carrying out their duties.
  2. Have the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate physical education learning through various student approaches, theories, learning methodologies, principles, procedures, and the use of evaluations based on scientific analysis of information and data.
  3. Possess a mastery of Information Technology to support physical education learning by utilizing various learning resources, learning media, and the potential of the local environment based on educational standards by demonstrating a responsible, law-abiding, disciplined attitude, and contributing to improving the quality of life of the community. society, nation, and state.
  4. Has the ability to communicate with students, provide counseling guidance, is skilled at teaching physical education concepts, and can able to analyze, think logically, and develop physical education science.
  5. Have cooperation and social sensitivity both inside and outside institutions at the secondary school level by internalizing the spirit of independence, struggle, and entrepreneurship in the field of physical education.
  6. Has the ability to communicate both orally and in writing with students, provide counseling guidance, and is skilled at teaching concepts in sports and health physical education (PJOK) at the secondary education level.
  7. Have the ability to analyze, think logically, and develop scientific physical education, sports, and health (PJOK) at the secondary education level.
  8. Having a network of cooperation with various parties and social sensitivity both inside and outside the institution in the educational process at the secondary school level.
  9. Internalize the spirit of independence, struggle, and entrepreneurship in the field of physical education, sports, and health (PJOK).

the nine formulations of study program objectives (PO) can be translated into 12 learning outcomes programs (PLO) which include attitudes, knowledge, special skills, and general skills. The results of the evaluation of PLO achievements can be seen in the following figure.

PLO-7 Graduates can undertake physical education learning with a student-centred approach.
PLO-8 Graduates can take advantage of various learning resources, learning media, and environmental potential according to educational standards.
PLO-9 Graduates can develop an entrepreneurial spirit in the field of physical education.
PLO-10 Graduates can apply concepts, logical, critical, systematic, and innovative thinking for the development of the field of physical education.
PLO-11 Graduates can create a network of cooperation both inside and outside the institution.
PLO-12 Graduates can make decisions and provide appropriate solutions based on analysis of information and data.
