Faculty gives opportunity to administrative staff for professional development both in the form of training and further studies for bachelor/ master. BPEHR study programme carries out regular and systematic human resource development activities to improve the quality, competence and performance of their employees. The development program is carried out with reference to the Rector's Decree Number 16/2018 concerning Human Resources of UNY  and UNY's Strategic Plan 2015-2019.
